20 ncac 08 .0104             DECLARATORY RULES

(a)  20 NCAC 01F .0200 shall govern the issuance of declaratory rules by the State Treasurer.

(b)  All correspondence shall be addressed to the Escheat Administrator at the mailing address of the fund.
